I would like to introduce Jasmin Kai, this is my great niece. She was born May 20th and she is precious! and big sister too, Kamilah Rose and she is precious too! am I lucky or what... get ready cause she's a keeper!

Do you have your pencil & paper ready? here is the recipe for firecracker salad. This is what you will need, pictured below.
penne noodles cooked, onion~orange & yellow peppers chopped shredded monterey jack cheese~ranch dressing & BBQ sauce, mix everything together leaving cheese for the top, add ranch dressing to make as moist as you like and BBQ sauce for alittle added color, top with cheese and serve... you can add grilled chicken to it or whatever you like.

Memorial Day week~end,hope all is well. What's your plans for the week~end ? are you staying home ? I know we are,with the price of gas :( and they say it's not over yet!!! well today being Friday we got alot done around here and well tomorrow is opening Bass season so I've lost my husband for the day,but tomorrow night were going to friends for a campfire s'mores and all yummy, I will post picture's. Sunday the in~laws are coming over for another campfire,were going to roast weenies & again I will post picture's. I'm sure you can hardly wait right? and Monday I think I'll rest, they say it's going to rain, but that weather man isn't always right LOL. Also I would like to Thank all of you for being so kind to me,your comments really mean alot so Thank you so much I didn't know how much fun this blogging thing would be. Do you have your pencil & paper ready? here's the recipe for the egg bake, you can also go to Kraft.com and get the recipe too! hope you all get there free magazine and if you don't, sign up for it you will love it... you will need: 1tsp oil, 2cups sliced mushrooms, 6 eggs,1 cup milk, 1/4 cup real mayo, 1 box 6oz stove top stuffing chicken, 1 tomato sliced, 1 onion sliced and 1/2 cup shed cheese. In sauce pan do your oil and mushrooms until tender, mix all other ingredients together,leaving cheese for later grease 9inch pan put in mixture and bake at 350 for 35 min uncovered then add cheese and bake for another 15mins... and enjoy! pictured below!
I only had cherry tomatoes, use the large ones!

Good evening, well here I sit in my pj's I told you I would still be in them at 7:45 pm, the problem is I just put them on, I got up at 7am and been going ever sense ... I know I said I was staying home all day, but the weather was so nice today I didn't want to waste it... You understand, don't you? Shawn and I went out window shopping and took alot of picture's along the way,as soon as she e-mails them to me I will be sharing! I told you last night we were going to watch Lars in the real girl, have you ever seen it? I never even heard of it but I here to say I think it's a must see , I laughed & I did that ugly cry you know the one LOL... hope you all had a great day as much as I did... Tomorrow I will post about the egg bake I told you about yummy it's almost all gone... but I have picture's. I'll leave you with alittle Lars in the real girl. T.G.I.F... I can't even tell you how glad I am it's Friday!!! after last week and this week,I'm not doing a darn thing tomorrow. I'm sleeping in and doing anything I want to do... I don't care if anyone see me in my pj's tomorrow at 5 pm I don't care. Ok let's move on. How was everyone's week? hopefully good and what's up for the week-end? I would like you all to meet Jack, my great, yes I said my great nephew ... I'm getting old folks... it was a sunny & warm day today so we went for a ride and saw Jack... he reminds me of alittle old man, but I think that alot when I see little baby boys!
what a cutie, he went for his 2 month check~up today and that darn doctor gave him 3 shots, poor boy. 
we brought along some books for him, I used his birth announcement for the gift tag and just wrote on the back of it and wrapped it with matching ribbon! Clever as ever don't you think? have a great night I'm going to bed early tonight I hope... ~hugs
Good evening,well it's about time for bed but I just wanted to check in... Wow what a busy week~end the big progressive dinner Saturday night and Mother's day yesterday... everything went well and we had a great time, but I must say I'm glad it's over and thing are back to normal whatever that means! Muffins! Eat them up Yum... I know I said this morning, I'm not too late am I ???
What you will need: 1 can 15oz of pumpkin, 1 box of chocolate cake mix, 1/2 of bag of choc chips!
Mix your, cake mix, pumpkin and chips together.
it stir's hard... I use a scoop to fill liners
Bake at 350 for about 25 min... Check with toothpick.
All done, time to eat them. Yummy! Have a great day & Thanks for stopping by!
