Do you have your pencil & paper ready? here is the recipe for firecracker salad. This is what you will need, pictured below.

penne noodles cooked, onion~orange & yellow peppers chopped shredded monterey jack cheese~ranch dressing & BBQ sauce, mix everything together leaving cheese for the top, add ranch dressing to make as moist as you like and BBQ sauce for alittle added color, top with cheese and serve... you can add grilled chicken to it or whatever you like.
